Can you please tell me about the connectivity ? Howis the water supply ? Are they providing bore-wells and cauvery water connection ?

The Project is located in ECC road, Whitefield. Just 2km from the project there is Salapuria GR Tech Park company, Brigade Tech Park company. Yes, they have already applied for cauvery water connection. They also have 3 bore-wells.

Hi, the price per sq ft will be around Rs 4,500. This project was launched on september 2012. Are you planning to buy any unit .??

@Abhijit : The price for 2bhk is around 70 lakhs for size Sq.Ft. 1315-1370, 3bhk is around 98 lakhs for size around Sq.Ft. 1800-1970 and for 4bhk is around 1.9 crore for size around Sq.Ft. 2215.

Hi Abhijit, the expected possession date will be by September 2014. This Project is located in Whitefield. There is a company near by i.e Salapuria GR Tech Park. Which unit are you looking for ? Please tell me your budget ?
