well Naresh, if they have send notice of possession, it means that the last set of payments are now due.. i guess you can pay the amounts and take possession of the flat...

Hello, any idea in which phase does your Block L fall. as that will decide the possession... for phase 1 the possessionw ill b starting in 6 months while for phase 2 it will take another 1 and half years..

Oh , Mine seems to be in the 2nd Phase...which is your block. They have been so slow, they had promised Aug13 as possession.

People according to my info work is in full swing. Phase I possession likely by Mar 14 if momentum maintained. A and B block in advanced stage with electrical wiring work in progress. Plantation work outside club in progress. J block 4th floor laying in progress. Phase II would continue for another 2 years minimum.

Hello rajesh and bhuvan, they have revised the prices again and it is now at a BSP of Rs 6500/sqft and this month and for navratris giving a discount of Rs 250/sqft.

"Guys, i had a word with the a broker ,5000 bsp with 50:50 scheme is good option tthey are quoting for phase 2 which is a godo deal but make sure that builder has sufficient funds to complete the construction

Hi, the project was launched in 2010 and BSP-Rs3125/sqft after discount Rs2975/sqf... when they laucnhed and now the price is Rs 5461 per sq ft... you can see a good jump in price.. :P
