Hi Guys,
I am planning to buy a 3BHK apartment in Noida. So I want to know the benefit of having an apartment in Noida. What are the factors driving Noida real estate market in fast speed? Share some information kindly.

As per my knowledge, Sector 119 is a very premium residential sector with decent residential environment. In year 2010 Oct-Dec, the average residential price was around 2550/sq-ft. After many ups & downs this price is now touched around 6000/sq-ft in January 2015. This average residential price is showing improvement. Investors & developers are interested in this sector & this sector is becoming a good deal for end users too.

As per my knowledge , it is well connected by over FNG Expressway and good connectivity to Delhi, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Gurgaon. It is just 6 km away from currently operated Metro Station , driving distance of 10-15 minutes and the commercial hub of Noida, Sector-18, is just a short drive away and Fortis Hospital at sector 62, one of NCR's premium hospitals is just 5 minutes away.

According to me, this sector is only 4 Kms from existing Noida City Centre Metro Station. Shopprix Mall and markets are located nearby. Very well situated in the heart of Noida. Well connected to all near sectors like Sector 51, Sector 52 and Sector 61 and at a very decent 10 minutes drive able distance from Shipra Mall Indirapuram and Sector 18.

See, Noida has been eyed by both investors and end users.. there are a lot of projects in Sector 119 to opt for … hence both the parties are interested in these sector… especially for the projects present there and the connectivity .

Yes, you have Noida Expressway , Dadri road and also a 30 mtr wide road, which will connect you to other sectors of Noida... So i do not think we should worry about that.

See i would like to add that the project might gave you good appreciation as the project has good connectivity.. as DND is just 10 min, the metro station is around 15 min and you have the biggest market in Sector 18 , which is again 10-15 min... hence the project is well equipped with infra and social structures. So the demand of the project will be more and that will help the price to rise up...

Hmmm, yes the project has bank approvals from HDFC, ICICI, and Indian Bulls...you can take 80 % home loan from the banks.

Yes, as this high rise building , it has to be costly. They are quoting Rs 4400 + taxes + floor charges per sq ft.. what is your requirement?

Hi, the project was launched long back and they are expecting to the delivery in 2015 end or so.. See due to the land problems...the projects were delayed bu no more... now all projects have started their construction and going on in a full swing...
