I booked flat 1 month back, but registration is not yet done.. what to do now?

Q: I booked flat 1 month back, but registration is not yet done.. what to do now? Builder not provided master file yet? what to do now?

And if you fail to do property registration at the right time you are liable to pay a fine along with registration charges. It is not wise to escape the registration procedure as you may have to incur extra cost than usual. You cannot sell your property if you have not registered it at the time of buying it.

Now a days a lot of builders these days don't let you register your flats because they have no approvals. People in few projects are still waiting to register the flat as builder has not got approvals beyond few floors and the property is under construction. In this case the buyer is left with no option but to wait. Suppose a 30 storey under construction building might have approvals only till 10th floor as the builder gets CC in phases . A higher floor owner has to wait till approvals for his floor have been received by builder.
