Though Brigade Cosmopolis is in a great location, I could not get clear idea about on ground scenario related to this project. I checked some recent data like videos, photos for this project on Getmeroof.com for free.

Since the project is coming up in an Industrial area, I had my reservations on this project with respect to all sanctions and approvals. I viewed all the details for free with respect to conversions, approvals about Brigade Cosmopolis on Zippserv CleanProperties.

HI are they giving any discounts or negotiations ? What about the water connection Are they providing cauvery water connection ?

No currently they are not giving any discounts. They have already applied for cauvery water connection, I think by possession date they will get the connection.

Hello, this project includes 880 units with 2, 3 & 4 Bedroom premium apartments & penthouses and area ranging from 1250 to 4020 Sq. ft. The price for 2bhk will be around Rs 89 lakhs, for 3bhk it would be around Rs 1.25 lakhs and for 4bhk will be around Rs 2.16 crores. The size would be around 1250-1370 sq ft for 2bhk, 1720-1960 sq ft for 3bhk and 3370-3640 sq ft for 4bhk.

The price per sq ft will be around Rs 7,120. Yes the project is approved by BBMP. This project is located at near to forum value mall, whitefield.
