Yes, this project is approved by BBMP. The launhcing price was Rs 2,750. Yes, it would be godd for investment as it is located in Immadahalli, Whitefield. As far as I know it is good place for investment.

What about cauvery water connection? How many bore-wells are they providing ? Do you have any idea on it ?

No, they have already applied but not yet got the cauvery water connection. We can expect in future. They are providing 2 bore-wells.

Currently they are doing slight negotiations. Sai Baba Ashram is near by landmar. Just 200m from the main road.

Hello Manjunath..the units i.e 2bhk and 3bhk are available. The price for 2bhk is around Rs 40 lakhs and for 3bhk is around Rs 50 lakhs. The size is like for 2bhk it is around 1175 s qft and for 3bhk is around 1605 sq ft.
