Selling an under construction property

Q: I wanted to sell my under construction property. Registration is due in June 2014 tentatively.

Please can you advice on the process and if any interested to buy, please let me know.

To sell an under construction property Kindly check your sales agreement with the buyer. Usually builder charges money like 50 thousand or Rs 100 per sq ft if the property is not registered. Thank you

As per my knowledge, you can sell your flat but before that you have to check with the builder about the resale
