Hi,
I'm planing to book a flat in victoryone amara. Tower B.
Builder is saying to give possession till Mar-Apr'17. Amenities look promising

Need your suggestion guys. Very confused regarding the build quality, builder and the possession time.

I have booked two flat with Viktoryone AMARA and I deeply regret. Professionalism and work ethics are realy poor. Don't go with un reputed builder. they have ask me to pay 70% of the payment in just 7 months under CLP plan wherein entire project will complete by end of 2016 (+6 months).

Hi the project was launched on june 2013 and the launching price was Rs 3,095. I think it would be good for investment as noida extension is developing area.

The project is by NDA. Currently they are not providing any discounts but if you go and talk to them they might do some negotiations.

And which all banks are providing loans for this project ? When can I expect possession date ? As I m planning to shift within 2 years.

Banks such as LIC, HDFC, Axis bank have approvals for home loans. The expected possesson date will be by Dec 2016.

Hello this project has got 2bhk and 3bhk. The price for 2bhk will be around 40 lakhs and for 3bhk will be around Rs 52 lakhs. The size would come for 2bhk is 1050-1210 sq ft and for 3bhk would be 1350-1720 sq ft. There are good developments happening in noida extension.

Hey Himani..even I m planning to buy a 2bhk. What would be the price per sq ft ? Is it for RS 2,855 ? I heard it's around Rs 3000.

@Milind : Yes the price per sqft is around Rs 3,370. When are you planning to buy ?..because you can get in resale only. Almost all are sold out.
