Feature of the Project. 1. Worst quality material being used in fit outs of the flats in pipeline for possession. All made in China company Air Condition and other items will be installed. And they call it Luxury Project. 2. Project already delayed minimum 3 years, still current buyers struggling for possession. 3. Flats will be delivered without OC or CC. All current buyers have been informed already. So you cant do registry for at least 2 years of getting flat. 4.Only one Lift will be operational in each Tower initially during the possession. You can go and check yourself on site. Builder completely denied for other Lifts any soon 5. Bogus charges Like Pratikar Shulk, Labour Cess and 18 percent GST on everything added in the final demand letter by builder, which increased the cost of Flat by 4 to 5 Lakh 6. Builder and staff will not answer your email and calls once you book the flat 7. Actual carpet area of the flat is minimum 40 percent lesser then their claimed super area.
Worst decision of my life was to select this project. Even 6 months after paying the 100 percent amount, builder has not delivered the flat. Builder is fraud, who will just eat your money. After receiving your money builder and staff stopped answering calls and emails. No hope of getting OC for this project soon, and dont know about the flat. 5 years after booking the flat and paying 100 percent money we have nothing in hand. more than 20 buyers have filled case against builder for cheating and fraud. For better feedback , meet the actual buyers, and visit their flats which are still not in shape even after 6 years of buying. Please invest your money wisely somewhere else.
Guys, Be careful before you book flat at Victoryone builder. This project has been delayed approx 2 years. and I have got the news they have already exceed the construction lime line. Please check all the relevant papers before you buy this flat.
Hello Prashant, I am Piyush and I have booked a flat in Victoryone Amara. I have been promised possession in June 2017. I fount the build quality promising and the amenities are also good.
Yes ,i have done a visit last Month. Met with their sales guys last rate what i was getting from them is 3500/sq-ft all inclusive for 1050 sq-ft on 12th floor in 40/60 plan and 3700/sq-ft subvention scheme.
Hi! Victoryone Amara, Sector-16, Greater Noida is currently under construction. As info avaiable the possession date is 1st Qtr of 2017. It has 2/3 BHK apartments with carpet area of around 1000 - 1700 sq-ft. The builder is decent with good track record previously.
