How is the locality if I am investing in this area?

The project is well connecting to other parts of the city through Yemalur road and through Wind tunnel road via Old Airport Road. Old Airport Road stretches from the junction of Trinity Church Road & Victoria Road to HAL Bangalore International Airport. There are some of the important road which branches out from Old Airport Road. The Indiranagar 100 Feet Road, Inner Ring Road, HAL Wind Tunnel Road and Suranjandas Road are the major branch roads while the area which runs through it are Domlur, Kodihalli, Murugeshpalya, Konena Agrahara, Vimanapura, etc.

What is the booking amount and how much they are charging for maintenance?

According to the telephonic conversation, 15% of Agreement Value. Rs. 2 Lakhs on the day of booking and the balance within 7 days. Maintenance charges is Rs 2 per sqft per month to be paid for 12 months. Taxes, Stamp duty and registration charges extra as may be applicable.

How many blocks will be there in this project and what is the expected completion date?

As far as I know there will be 7 blocks named as P,Q, R, S, T, U and V. The estimated possession date of block P, Q and R is by end of this year. S and T is by December 2013 plus grace period of 6 months. U and V by June 2014 plus grace period of 6 months.
