What about the cauvery water connection ? What about bore-wells ? Is the project approved?

@Gajendra : Hi currently they don't have cauvery water connection but they can get in future. Yes this project is approved by BBMP.

The expected completion date will be by Feb 2014. I think almost all banks have approvals for home loans in this project.

No, currently they are not giving any discounts but for negotaitions you have a talk with the builder. The price per sq ft will be around Rs 4,500.

Hello Himani, this project includes 2bhk for price 43 lakhs for size 1185 sq ft and for 3bhk the price will be around Rs 55 lakhs for size 1505 sq ft. Which unit are you planning to buy ?
