Good News for pedestrians...The groundwork for the proposed skywalk at the junction has begun. The design has been finalized and send for approval. The final approval will be given by next week.

There are large number of projects coming up in Hebbal both mid-segment and upper-segment. In next five years. Hebbal has witnessed a complete make over in the last decade. The area has gained importance as a preferred destination with the establishment of Bengaluru International Airport near Devanahalli. Slowly but gradually the area is emerging as an IT Hub with several technology companies and parks. Moreover Hebbal has good infrastructure like metro, upcoming monorail and high speed rail networks.

Yelahanka the potential growth corridor of North Bangalore, is one such suburb, which offers a wide array of housing units for every income segment in the city. Property market in Yelahanka has grown considerably over the last few quarters. With the shift of new international airport to nearby Devanahalli, Yelahanka has caught the fancy of real estate developers and large scale construction activities started in and around the town which once was a leisurely suburb. Residential apartment prices have soared and demand for residential units have increased by leaps and bounds.

if you are planning to invest in Bangalore go for Hebbal-Yelahanka-Devanahalli stretch. In the past six years the stretch has seen substantial development. The stretch offers 2,3 and 4 BHK apartments by different builders within a wide price bracket.

I agree with you Mr Abhijit.. but the the stretch is good for long term investment as prices are expected to appreciate.
