Sector 73 Noida review

Q: Hi, am looking for investment in this area.. But i have no idea about place.. kindly be brief me about the area.

Anyone having idea of East Avenue, Noida Sector 73 comes under Noida Authority or having just NOC & comes under Sarfabad village ?

Hi, there are also some school and hospitals present..You have Yadu Public School. You also have Apollo Hospital and Fortis Hospital. So i think , the place needs 5-9 years for development. After that, the place has all proximity to to grow and give a good future returns.

Any idea about the price trend??? and are there any projects coming up???

Yes, Arpit i have noticed the price trend of the sector. The place got recognized just this July or so... hardly any projects coming up there.But the price trend is Rs 3268 per sq ft. If you are looking for investment then i would like to say... wait for a year.... and then invest in there.

What are the basic amenities present in that area??? For projects to come up , the first thing is how much infra is present there..

Hi, as per my study, the sector has water connection from :Noida Jal Board and also electricity: UP State Electricity Board. So basic infra is present there.Roads are yet to be built. so after that things will might get on the right place.

Guys do you know that, this sector is known as 7X sector of Noida. This land is can be used for commercial and residential purpose both.

Guys i have a good doubt about investment in this area.... because as Kanika discussed about the village true .. and secondly i also came to know that Noida Authority has alloted some land to Oil Industry Development Board. Hence there are hardly any land left for residential projects there....

Hi, this is a nice locality for investment, if i talk about the connectivity of the sector then . Sector-73 is 3 km from current metro stations, 5 km from Fortis Hospital, 4 km from FNG Express Highway, 10 minutes drive from Atta Market Sector- 8, Noida, 1 km from Shai Temple Sector-61, Noida.

Hmm looking at the locational advantage i feel the place will have goof returns but what is better in this sector should i go for plots or units??

Hi, firstly i would like to tel you that this is village, named as Sarfabad Village.. and is one of the big sector among Noida. Before investing , kindly keep in mind that almost 90 % of the land belong to village, which shows that social infra and livability is less.. or will take really long time to grow.
