Guys how can you forget about the biggest point !! the Noida greater noida link road, which is attraction of this sectors??? This is the key reason for sector 72 to grow up.
Firstly all this sectors are new... they are growing up, till now the plots are not yet properly build ... how can we expect about the schools... but yes after few years there will be surely... as the place will be crowed... the schools will also come in
Guys this sector is totaly for plot investment nothing more than that. Residential projects are less here. So plots are bit on the higher side. This area just came into existence.. i would suggest to you wait for a year a so , to get proper returns !!
The plots here will cost you not less than Rs 90,000 to Rs 1 lac.. per sq m..And all the plots are fetching good premium also... so i guess there is no doubt about returns...
Hi,Sector is very famous for plots and residential houses. If you want to go for investment, i would like to say that go for plot investment . That will give you more returns than in residential units.
Hi, the Authority has marked some plots in this sector for residential and hotel purpose. And few areas there are some plots for residential use.. So, if u invest in commercial properties the i think the profit will be more than anything.
