See this is a village area sector where maximum is a village... so development needs time. So if you are looking for long time investment, i would ask you to go,, if not,,, then this is not the sector for you.
See ,sector 72 is basically a plot area.. where you will get lots of plots ... so i guess, this sector is better for investment... also this is a mix use land hence you can understand you will commercial land also...so i prefer to invest in this sector rather than any other.
Noida itself is a very costly place.. and Noida is an area which will give you the maximum returns... So , if the sector is bit costly i guess, its worth it...
The LIG flats are taken care by Noida Authority and the resale value is also good.. so do not worry about the resale also.The procedure is exactly like DDA flats..
According to my knowledge , this all sectors are called as 7X sectors of Noida. As these land are for mix use....I can talk about sector 71.. this basically the sector for EWS people and housings.So, investment in this sector wont be good idea... what say experts...
True , when we speak about sector 71 EWS and LIG flats. But this sector has schools and commercial estates. So this place is good for residential use rather than investment purpose...
h,, i have seen this sector, the road directly connects from sector 32 .. but i guess the area needs to get more developed than anythg else......are any good projects coming in that area???
