Hi all people having flat in raheja navodaya sector 92 gurgaon. Raheja has not living up to its name. They have not completed the project and yet the tower H is lagging in water and electricity connectivity. Tiles are broken...doors are eaten by termites...yet they are forcing me to take the possesion and above all they also said that if i will not take possesion then they will impose panelty..what kind if country it is where a builder is doing such dictatorship with the common man. Hey Sorabh... the road in front of th project is under construction.. and yet to be completed.. And if we talk about connectivity, the project's is very near to the proposed metro station , i do not think there will be much problem about commuting.. :)
Hi, Sorabh i had a word with the sales executive they said few towers are ready to move in.. and few will be delivered after 2 years. Did you invest in this project??? In which tower is your unit... if you provide that, i can give you a proper answer..
