Current resale e for Navodaya is at 4000-4100 bsp depending on location and floor... their 2 bhk is the most preffered size...It is of 1498 sqft with very decent bedroom size... I am also contemplating to buy a 2 bhk with navodaya for end use... prices are likely to appreciate once they give the possession... which may be in another 6-8 months
Sukhwinder ji.. this is one of the most undervalued project of DEW.. as it would be ready to move in shortly. raheja as a builder has a good quality construction... It is a very low density project and their is ample green space in the project Navodaya...you can check the builder website for construction update...
Hi Hitesh, i had a word with a broker..See when we talk about investment ; it should always be for long term. Short term investment wont fetch you much returns. When we talk about this particular project, the projects well equipped with infrastructure, its Gurgaon which is among one of the best destination for investment and more over the brand is also good and reliable. You have IT Hub near the project... which indicated the price will be almost double during the time of possession.
Hitesh sir, i can notify you about the location.. as i was also interested in the project.. So i took out the locational advantages... The project is near to Dwarka Expressway, IGI Airport is just 15 min away from the project. You also have Pataudi Road which will connect you with rest of Gurgaon. Importantly Hero Honda Chowk is just 10 min from the site. There is also a proposed metro which will be just 1 km or so from the project.. So the project is all good and compact with good infrastructures.
See banks like Bank of Baroda, ICICI have approved the project.. if you have a word with the sales executive , they will confirm you the amount of loan that will be approved for u .. I think around 80 % will be approved .

Hi, Jitendar, as this project is structured as Tower basis.. few towers are ready to move in and few towers will delivered after 2 years.. now it depends which tower you book. :)
Hi, Mr Kher this project was launched in 2008 and basically a tower project. The project is located in sector -92/95 adjacent to IMT Manesar. This gives a very good push to the project in terms of returns.. Are you looking for investment or as an end user?
