Hi, guys i want to know whether this project is good for investment or end user purpose?

Mr Rajesh, the project is good for both end use as well as investment purpose. See for now you can take the project as an end user. After the price appreciates, you can sale it or can put it on rent. I would like to suggest you that after 8-9 years you can sale the unit in a profitable price.

If i have to judge the project and see... the location and the brand both are good which will anyway help the price to appreciate.Secondly you have proposed metro station,so after it become operational you can guess the location 's demand will be in peak. I can suggest you that atleast more than double will the price after 5-6 years.

Hi, Rajesh, welcome to the discussion.... yes i can brief you about the project's location.You have NH8 which is the closest highway from the project. This project is located in New Gurgaon.. which is yet to get proper internal roads and all.. But for the major connectivity , Dwarka expressway is present and also there is a proposed metro station... I guess the approachability of the project is good.

Hi, guys which are the banks that have approved the project??? because if i am looking for this project, i have to take a home loan. Kindly update me with that.

Mr Mathur. i guess banks like HDFC, LIC, PNB, ICICI and Axis have approved the project you can take home loan from them. You can also have a word with sales executive for the payment plans.. They have 3 kinds of plan.. check out which is comfortable for you.

Hi, Shaijala 3C is a well reputed builder. After many successful projects they have come up with Greenopolis. The location is very good and this is a premium luxury project. They are offering 2-3 Bhks...What is your budget??

The budget is good enough for this project, but in this budget i guess you will get 2 BHK+Servant room with a size of 1642 sq ft. They are quoting Rs 1.02 Crs. The BSP right now is Rs 6500 per sq ft.+ taxes and registrations.
