Hey Sheila, the possession is expected in 2017 Dec or 2018 first.. Yes the construction will take 3-4 years.. it will be for long term investment.. not a short term.. and by the time the area will also get developed! :)
hmmm i feel guys we should wait for the project to get launched.. Do not imagine or pre assume about the future returns.., roads are yet to develop and all.. So i guess we should wait and then decide upon it.
The project is surrounded by roads, you also have direct connectivity with Dwarka Expressway and the IGI Airport is just 15 min from the project. There is also an proposed 24 m wide road coming in which will connect the sector internally.
