Hey guys any idea about possession of the project?? Because if the project is still in pre launch then it might take 3-4 years for completion...Kindly update me with possession...

Hey Sheila, the possession is expected in 2017 Dec or 2018 first.. Yes the construction will take 3-4 years.. it will be for long term investment.. not a short term.. and by the time the area will also get developed! :)

hmmm i feel guys we should wait for the project to get launched.. Do not imagine or pre assume about the future returns.., roads are yet to develop and all.. So i guess we should wait and then decide upon it.

The project is surrounded by roads, you also have direct connectivity with Dwarka Expressway and the IGI Airport is just 15 min from the project. There is also an proposed 24 m wide road coming in which will connect the sector internally.

Hi, Sristi they are quoting Rs 6450 per sq ft as the BSP+ additional charges. The prices will rise up more , as soon as the project is launched!! So if you want to go for this project, kindly invest now.

Yes Dinesh, they have 4 BHK available and the sizes they are offering is between 1800-1950 sq ft. I guess they have an inaugural discount of Rs 600 per sq ft also.. kindly check out !

Yes this is a new launch by Ansal : Ansal Housing is now coming with a new residential project ‘Amantre’ in Sector 88A on Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon. Frnds, it is said that Ansal has first time launched Ultra- luxurious project. The project is a costly project than many other Ansal Project. Are you looking for investment?
