Sectors 88A, 88B and 89A where the project is located are planned residential sectors as per the master plan Gurgaon, 2031 located along Dwarka Expressway and close to fast growing industrial town, Manesar. These sectors are entirely an open vacant land parcel with no infrastructure in place including the network routes. The developer is currently facing numerous allegations, so investors has to be cautious if they are going to invest in the project. One thing which i cam to know about this project that phase-1 is completely sold out and area they stated is only 4.4 acres out of 13.76 acres and remaining land would be used for a different project and buyers of first phase would have no rights to common facilities built in remaining lands.
Similarly with amenities, they have promised but they haven't mentioned same in BBA at all. I am really confused of it. Can anyone provide some inputs on it?
