Hi,
Supertech Ecociti lies in the lower part of the city in the Noida Greater Noida Expressway region and thus is in close vicinity of Noida Expressway and the under construction FNG corridor which will connect Noida to Faridabad and Ghaziabad. The sector is proposed to be high density residential area and Noida Export Processing Zone is also coming up on the opposite side of the project which indicates a chance to get a good appreciation in the prices.
Considering the extra efforts taken by the developer towards green living, the project is moderately priced and it is almost complete project. Experts has given good review about the project. You can go through a review published in a website:

What is the update and scheme of payment that Supertech is offering?

Yes, there is a 60-40 payment scheme, but that is not beenfit you in any ways. You will end up paying more money in one year, rather than that, go for CLP plan and that will good !!! You wil;l get loans from banks like HDFC, Corporation Bank and IDBI Banks...

How about the approachability of the project?? What are the roads present that will connect me to Delhi and other cities?

The project is directly connected with Expressway, you also have Pari Chowk with in 6 - 7 kms. There is a proposed metro station that will connect the sectors internally. :)

I feel the location will help the price to move upwards. Although everyone had a doubt about the quality of the construction, but now that issue has also resolved. So do not worry about that. The sector also has great influence in the project, basically this sector is a residential sector and demand is high for residential units.. So i feel within 4-5 years the price will be almost double.

Hi, Anup, there are availability for 1 bhk with 425 sq ft and tey are quoting Rs 24 lac.. The project is good and have good resale value. You should invest in here after that you can sale it off.

Sure, Anup, the price they are quoting is Rs 5653 per sq ft and according to the sales executive all leading banks have approved the project... but i guess you will get the units in resale.. there are hardly any availabilities..

Hi, Anup Supertech is a good builder , but only one problem with the builder is that it delivers the project very late. Or else this project is good one ... the project is almost ready for possession. Are you looking for investment or end use purpose..
