hmmmm i feel the project will almost double appreciation of the price .. if the price is Rs 6300 per sq ft after possession the price will surely move up to Rs 9000 per sq ft. The reason is both the brand and the locality with all infrastructures...
Hi Karunakar, i can speak about the connectivity,the project is located just few km from Dwaka Expressway. You have NH 8 within 8 min or so... i heard there is also a proposed metro station coming up.. so i feel the project is well located :)
Yashm i had a word with a broker, they said the possession date they have decided in 2015 end. But you know , to be on the safe side, take a grace period of 7 months :)

Guys , i have heard that they are quoting Rs 6250 per sq ft.But this are not inclusive of all, you have to pay parking change and also EDC .. So i think it is on the higher side...
