Is there a history of theft vandalism or other crimes in and around Sarjapur

Q: Hi I’m looking to buy an apartment. With the increasing incidents of theft and eve teasing, I would like to enquire about the security systems. Also how is the approach road and distance from the nearby bus stand or main road?

Hi Ramesh the distance between SJR Palazza City and other main roads ranges between 1 to 3 Kms. The Carmelaram railway station is at a distance of less than 7 Kms from SJR Palazza City. The area is largely safe and secure owing to good police presence. Located right opposite Wipro corporate office means the area is buzzing with working professionals whole day and private security guards make the area devoid of any security breaches.

@ Sagar: While there is a large number of real estate developments going on in and around Sarjapur Road, you may see some workers and outsiders but once the construction activity is completed, most Townships with their in house security systems will make Sarjapur as one of the safest areas in the city. I hope this can help you resolve your security concerns.

Yes SJR Palazza City is located right opposite Wipro corporate office in Sarjapur. The Township is well connected to most main roads including Outer Ring Road, Electronic City, Marathahalli and Whitefield.

Sarjapur and Sarjapur road has been relative safe as compared to some of the other regions of Bangalore. There is no real history of any thefts or vandalism in the area. The presence of a large number of corporate office and IT bigwigs makes this area a highly secured by the police as well.
