Yes Kanika the project has very good connectivity. You have NH 8 which is just 5 min away... The project is almost on road project hence Dwarka Ex[expressway is just 10 min away and also you have a proposed metro station which is a cherry on the top :P
All investment in Dwarka expressway will have almost double returns, this is what the broker told me when i asked the same question. I guess frnd the returns of investment need time. If you give time return will be more and good. In the case of this project.. the brand is good... market value of the project is good and also have a good connectivity.. i feel you will have double returns by the time the project is delivered.
But true this is a developing area... you need time for end use... because the shops have to set down and schools and colleges. good for investment and for end use need around 3-4 years.

Aisha.. this project will be delivered after 2016 aug.... you can take it as 2016 end .... because this project is just launched and it will take 3 years at least!
