Is this a bank approved project? Which are the banks that have approved the project??? I need to take home loan from them.

Hi there no confirmation about the approvals and bank approvals, because the project is on hold by the developer!

heylo Hritwik you have choose a good project for investment. They are offering 2 and 3 BHKs with sizes ranges between 870 - 1705 sq ft and the BSP they are quoting is Rs 2000 per sq ft and then you have pay the EDC also.But the fact i want to share with you is according to the website the project is in hold. So proper details are unavailable.
