RADIANCE SHINE IS ONE OF THE VERY GOOD PROJECTS OF RADIANCE GROUP. THOUGH IT IS SITUATED OFF ECR THE SEA BREEZE IS ABUNDANT IN THE EVENING AND WE CAN SEE THE RESIDENTS SITTING IN BENCHES ENJOYING IT.
THE SECURITY IS VERY GOOD AND ALL THE AMENITIES ARE BEING PROVIDED IN A PHASED MANNER.
ONE MR. BALA SAI IN THE MAINTENANCE TEAM OF THE PROJECT "RADIANCE SHINE" IS A VERY RESPONSIBLE PERSON AND IS LITERALLY AVAILABLE ROUND THE CLOCK FOR OUR ASSISTANCE. THOUGH HE IS NOW NOT IN THE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT HIS NEW POST DOES NOT PREVENT/HINDER HIM FROM LOOKING AFTER OUR NEEDS AND HE DOES NOT SEEM TO BE BURDENED BY OUR REPEATED CALLS. HE ALWAYS ATTEND OUR CALLS AND IT IS NOT SO IN THE CASE OF OTHER STAFF IN THE OFFICE WHO EITHER DO NOT ANSWER OR COOLLY IGNORE OUR REQUEST/COMPLAINTS AND REQUIRE REPEATED CALLS TO LOOK IN TO ANY PROBLEM OR COMPLAINT.
I AM REALLY HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH THIS PROJECT.

Tomorrow(05-04-2014), Radiance(Shine Project) is going to participate in the Apartment EXPO. Dont Miss this opportunity. As they are planning to Close the booking with in 6 months, this would be your best time to book an Flat. They are planning to hand over the Flats ahead of schedule ,Probably Early months of 2015.

Hi,
Shine is a good project. Have booked 2 single bedroom Apts. Realy its worth for the money what you are paying.
I have been in search of Flats in gated community from Feb-13 onwords in OMR and around the areas. But i could see the Radince shine is the one really going in Fast phase.
Morover the sales guys there especially Bala Sai doing good work there. He doesnt lie at me where as the other builders where ever i go are just keeping fake promise. But here in Radiace it doesnot happen.
There is no hidden charges and amenities wise good. Comparatively in OMR Radiance Shine is good. You can refer my name there if you really going to buy a FLAT. my name is Ramasubramanian.

This project is located in OMR Road, Kazhipattur. The expected possession will be by june 2015.

How is the water facility there ? When was this project launched and what was the launching price ? Will it good for investments ?

They are providing bore-wells , i.e around 4 bore-wells are there. This project was launched last year nov, and the launching price was Rs 3,500. So you can expect good returns in future as the current price is Rs 3,799.

@Kaushik; Yes the project is approved by DTCT, and banks such as SBI, LIC, HDFC, Axis bank have approval for home loans in this project. The price per sq ft will be around Rs 3,799.

Hi Pavan, currently out of 11 floors, 7 floors are over, so almost 60 perc work is over. This project includes 1bhk for around 20 lakhs onwards 458 sq ft, 2bhk for 48 lakhs for 1071-1270 sq ft and 3bhk for 65 lakhs size 1071-1510 sq ft.
