sundar casa grande has legal issues and documents are not proper. the entrance of the property is non patta land, that is why we need to take immediate bends to enter in the project. the cost comparitive to temple green is high, we are able to buy flats at 24lacs all inclusive and casa grande is 48lacs + extra surprises.

apart from all in the recent flood casa was fully flooded, but i live in temple green very peacefully, there was not even power cut.

i was a happy tenant living there and i have decided to buy in Temple Green land at 1600 persqft and build my own house.

the project launched by casa grande Arena( opp arun Excello temple green) seems to much better buy in comparison to Temple green as it is 20 lakhs cheaper( it is 66 lakhs in temple green as against casa grande Arena which is 48 lakhs), it is independent and bigger size compared to villa offered at temple green.

i think any body who has bought can cancel and still buy casa grande arena.

it makes 20 lakhs more sense
