My husband is working in E City and we are planning to buy a property in Jigani. How are the prices of the property in Jigani?

@Indrajit and Kanishka, Jigani is a superb locality, for IT employees working in either HCL Sez or Electronic City or working in companies like Biocon, Otis and many more industrial units situated in Jigani. The area has good schools, hospitals and is also gaining easy accessibility with the elevated toll way already in place. Frequent buses are also there. I feel it is a perfect hub for investment and future best stay.

Is Jigani a safe bet for end use as well as for investment purpose?

Jigani is an excellent location in Bangalore and it is away from hustle and bustle of the city. The area is very peaceful place to live in with all amenities. Jigani is well connected to ring road and inter connected to Hosur road and Bannerghatta road. It is very close to IT parks and hospitals.

Jigani is a small locality situated in South Bangalore which is a part of Anekal Taluk.Jigani is one the well known industrial area in Bangalore and the area is also developing fast. I feel the area is pleasant for staying and strategic investment. But the area is 43 kms from Kempegowda Bus Station and Bangalore City Railway station and around 70 kms from Bangalore Internationa Airport

The real estate market is developing rapidly. As there are many vacant plots in this region, developers are constructing many residential as well as commercial space. Within few years the area will witness a hike of property price as well as more population than rest of the areas.

I have seen some advertisement about this project but I want to know where exactly the project is located and is this their first project in bangalore.

The project is located at Haragadde Village, Jigani Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Bangalore. No this is not their first project in Bangalore. They have another project in Magadi road which is also a plot project and the name of the project is KNS Anirvan.

Hey Supratim, I do not think there will be any problem in taking home loan for this project. You can take loan from banks like HDFC, LIC, Axis, SBI and ICICI.

Can you tell me what is the price and rates of the plots? Are they negotiating on the price?

The project offers plots with size ranging from 1200 sqft to 4800 sqft. The price of the plot falls in the bracket of Rs 14 lakhs to Rs 30 lakhs. The prices are fixed and they are not ready to negotiate

As far as i know the project has been approved by BMRDA and the residential layout located just next to Surya Nagar on Chandapura-Jigani Road.
