I am waiting for the last 4 years, these so called promoters are not to be traceable given to understand they have moved from their JP Nagar, 3rd floor office, THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING, IF WE ALL JOIN IN THIS GROUP WE CAN FIGHT AND FILE A CASE AGAINST THESE SO CALLED PROMOTERS

hi, I have given 25% Amount and booked one 30x40 site there. from last 4 months i'm waiting for the registration. While booking they said it will be done in 2 weeks. But till now they have not received BMRDA approval for project 2.

Is Jigani good for investment purpose or for end use?

Jigani is a superb locality, for IT employees working in either HCL Sez or Electronic City or working in companies like Biocon, Otis and many more industrial units situated in Jigani. The area has good schools, hospitals and is also gaining easy accessibility with the elevated toll way already in place. Frequent buses are also there. I feel it is a perfect hub for investment and future best stay.

How much the builder is quoting as rate per sqft and how is the track record of the builder?

As far as I know they are charging Rs 900 as the rate per sqft. Accent properties is one of the leading developers of residential Townships in Bangalore. As one of the most reputed developer have build Townships and Villas that have revitalized the suburbs of Bangalore. Till date they ahve successfully completed four project.

The price of the plot ranges from Rs 9.30 lakhs to Rs 24.80. The price trends going on in Jigani in the July-Sep quarter of 2013, appreciated to Rs 5261 per sq. ft.
