Any idea about how is Jigani for investment purpose as I am planning to invest in this project?

Jigani is a small locality situated in South Bangalore which is a part of Anekal Taluk. The locality has evolved as a well established industrial area from the previous non developed scenario. Real estate in this area has started seeing the light of the day. As there are many vacant plots in this region, developers are constructing many residential as well as commercial space. Within few years the area will witness a hike of property price as well as more population than rest of the areas.

The project offers plots with size ranging from 1200 sqft to 1500 sqft. The price of the plots falls in the bracket of Rs 15 lakhs to Rs 19 lakhs.
