hmm the project is good for investment and for end use also, as the there are chances for 30 percent appreciation in near future. The sector is a developing one , so it might take some time for the price to appreciate.

Yes you have heard the fact, the project has very good connectivity. It is surrounded with Dwarka Expressway and also NH 8. Both of them are 3-6 km away from the project! I guess there is also a news of proposed metro station.

Hi, Geeta, the banks which have approved the project are HDFC, LIC and ICICI. I had a word with the sales person and they said you can take home loan upto 80%! So you have a word with the sales person for better payment schedule!

Spaze Towers has launched Spaze Privvy The Address which is located Sector 93. For 3 bhk they are quoting Rs 4740 per sq ft. You have to pay the EDC and Registration charges alag se.!Hmm one more thing is there are chances for the price to move up .
