Sector 93 Gurgaon is 1.5 Kms from the upcoming Dwarka Expressway and is a 15 min drive from IGI Airport. I guess this should answer your question.

What are the rates of apartments in Spaze Vesta and what are the prevailing land rates in Sector 93?

Spaze Vesta has two variants of these ultra-luxury apartments, the 3 BHK and 4 BHK. For a 3 BHK with is expected to be between 3468 - 3468 sqft the per sq ft. rate is at Rs. 5730 which makes an apartment cost at around Rs. 1.98Cr - Rs. 1.98Cr. And for a 4 BHK which will be at 3950 - 3950 sqft the per square feet price is also the same, making the cost of a 4BHK apartment at between Rs. 2.26Cr - Rs. 2.26Cr.

The prevailing rates in the Sector 93 area of Gurgaon is approximately Rs. 5050 as of records till 1st of November 2013. But yes, the nearby areas cost at Rs. 6300 in Sector 89 and Sector 92 at Rs. 5575. So ideally, Sector 93 is very nominally priced for a luxury home.

Hi Anand, this project is clearly a high-end luxury residential space. The developers of Spaze Vesta; Spaze Towers Pvt. Ltd are a well-known brand in the Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality, IT and Housing industry. I would suggest this to be a good investment as the area where it is placed Sector 93 Gurgaon although has been seeing ups and downs in the recent times, is expected to be one of the most promising areas in Gurgaon.
