I feel the project is bit costly and the appreciation till possession will be 33% I guess! The project;s price is already high,expecting too much wont be good!

Heya Neel, the project is quoting Rs 7500 and this price is all inclusive. Yo have to just pay the registration fee. There are few schemes of payment also, like CLP and Down payment. So you can go for the plan which suits you.
Hi, Mr Kher the expected completion date of the project is 2014 end. But I would tell you to take a grace period of 4-5 months. Normally the projects of this sectors are not delayed! yet to be on the safe side.
