Hi Neel for 4 BHK the sizes that are available are 5670 . The price they are quoting is Rs 9665-Rs 1
3368 per sq ft. Yes I know this is a costly project, but a luxury one.You also have scheme, that you will get 10% rebate in case you are going for down payment option.

Guys i want to know the bank approvals and how much will they give me home loan?

The banks like HDFC, ICICI and LIC have approved the project. You can take home loan from this banks. I guess they will approve you 80% of home loan from the mentioned banks!

Guys I had a word with the sales executive and they said the project is expected to be over by 2016 end or so! Like it will take 36 months!

I am keen to know about the about the connectivity of the project. Because i will be shifting with my family and need to know the roads!

Hi people the project is near Delhi Gurgaon Expressway. You have 30 m roads on the sides of the project and that will connect you to rest of the sectors! You also have Golf Course road which will help you to connect with other expressways.

The project is a new project by Ansals and has no bad news till now. The project also have good connectivity which will help the price to appreciate!
