It is spread over 103 acres of land of residential project..It is in the developing area of Kharadi Annex of Manjari and connected to the main city. Fewer of the highlights that make it much more significant are schools, hospitals, malls, and recreational facilities in close vicinity.

Hi Pravakar, the price for 1bhk will be around Rs 28 lakh for 570 sq ft, 2bhk will be around Rs 50.30 lakhs for 1024 sq ft, for 2.5 bhk will be around Rs 54 lakhs for 1348 sq ft.
