Can you tell me the price details of the units ? Is the project approved ?

@Supratim : This project include 2bhk, 3bhk and 4bhk. The price for 2bhk will be Rs 61.77 to 73.80 lakhs for 1047-1251 sq ft, for 3bhk it is around Rs 92.27 lakhs to 94.81 lakhs for 1564 0 1604 sq ft, for 4bhk for Rs 1.08 cr to 1.11 cr for 1847 - 1887sq ft.

Hi Suraj ; The current price per sq ft will be around Rs 5,900. I recently visited the site, I think the prices are fixed, they are not giving any discounts or negotiations.

When is the completion date given ?? Which all banks have approvals for this project ??

@Supratim : The completion date will be by dec 2017. Banks such as ICICI, HDFC, SBI, Corporation bank have approvals for home loans in this project.
