The current residential property rate in the locality is between Rs. 4100-4350/sq-ft.

Hi, does anyone have the latest update on Legend Harmony project, like work progress, completion date, etc. For some of you who doesn't know, this project has started in 2007 and still going on. @ surya, I can understand your concern. I would like to suggest you to have email communication and also keep all record of your communication.you can consult a reputed lawyer to know about the legal aspects of the order and what is mentioned in your property agreement.

@Sishir : Banks such as HDFC, ICICI, LIC have approval for home loans in this project. The price per sq ft will be Rs 3,900.
