Most of the retired people are looking for the apartments in Kanakpura as the place is quiet and far from the city noise. The locality is also well connected to other major places in the city. The place once known as a village, witness a sudden growth in the real estate with tall multi-storey apartments, and exclusive enclaves in the middle of narrow lanes.

Project is good and the construction quality is also good as the project is by Sobha Developers one of the reputed developers in the real estate industry. The project is also good for investment purpose.

Sobha Cedar is one of the popular residential developments in Kanakapura Road neighborhood of Bangalore. It is among the ongoing projects of Sobha Developers. The project has got all the necessary approvals from BBMP and banks like HDFC, ICICI, SBI and Axis.

What about the configuration they are offering, size of the apartments and what is the rate per sqft they are quoting?

The project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 1411 sqft to 1530 sqft. The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 4900 and the project will get completed by 2016.
