How is Kanakpura road from travelling point of view and how is the condition of the roads?

Kanakapura Road has great connectivity to Electronic City, Hosur and Sarjapur. Apart from these, the place also has a close proximity to Jayanagar and JP Nagar. BMTC bus services are there. In future, the connectivity will improve with Metro in place.

Any idea about the bank approvals? Will there be delay in possession?

Banks like HDFC, ICICI and Axis have approved the project. I am not sure but I heard that all their projects are getting delayed. :(

What is the price of the row houses they are charging? What is the expected possession date of the project?

The base price of row houses start at Rs 1.06 crs which is a cost of a 3 BHK apartment at most places and the largest row house is priced at Rs 2.19 crs for a 3495 sq.ft. The estimated possession date of the project is by 2017.

Hi Sagar, When I enquired about the completion date it was told to me that the project is expected to be completed by March 2016. Can anyone update me with the status of the project?

@amalan Phases 1 and 2 are expected to be completed by march. The construction status seems spot on in the pictures they've provided. Phase 3, is expected to be done by october.. so you can expect that by max 2017.

Mantri Courtyard is one of the ongoing project by Mantri Developers. The project offers 3 and 4 bhk row houses with size ranging from 1690 sq.ft to 3495 sq.ft. with a private green space. It one of the best project in Kanakpura Road.
