Can you mention the price rates of the units ? When is the expected completion date given ? Are they giving any negotiations ?

Hey Rajiv, the price for units will be around Rs 41 lakhs for 2bhk for 1214 sq ft, for 51 lakhs for 3bhk for 1600 sq ft, and Rs 76 lakhs for 4bhk for 2335 sq ft.

Hi Rajkumar, as far as I know this project was launched on nov 2011, and the launching price was Rs 2,699. Which unit are you planning to buy ?

@Vivek : Can you tell me which all banks have tie up with this project as I was planning to take home loan. What is the current price per sq ft ?

@Rajiv : Banks such as SBI, LIC, ICICI, HDFC, Canara bank have approvals for home loans in this project. The current price per sq ft will be Rs 2,799.
