There is no 2 BHK Villa avaialble in this project as I know. Town House with 3 bedroom with a built up area of 1850 Sqft is availble. In the secod phase apartments with 2 BHK and above is planned and under construction. Current basic price for the villas/TH is 3899Rs /Sqft and 3300 Rs for Flats what I know One good thing I found with this project is the water supply directly from KRS.

There are some world-class amenities provided in this project. There is a health club, gymnasium, squash and tennis courts, swimming pool, sauna room, and a simulated golf range. The project also has a shopping centre, multiplex, and a food court. You will also be provided with good healthcare facilities, ATM, lake, treated water, and generator backup. The only disadvantage with this project is that it is far from the main part of Mysore. But, if you are someone who does not like living in the hustle and bustle of the city, this is a perfect place to live. You can take possession of your villa by February 2016.

Yes, I have some information on the project. The project has 2, 3, and 4BHK villas on the Krishnarajasagara road, and is near the KRS Dam. The project is 15 kms from the heart of Mysore city, and is built on 74 acres of property. The project is close to the iconic Krishnarajasagar dam and the Brindavan gardens. The price per sq. ft. is Rs. 2800, and you can buy a 2BHK villa for Rs34.7 lakhs, 3BHK villa for around Rs. 45 lakhs, and 4BHK villa for Rs. 65 lakhs.
