Project has a good connectivity with NCR, like Famous Sai Mandir is 1 km Noida City Center-2kms from the project sites Upcoming Commercial Hub Within Sector 75 Fully Developed Sector 50 And Sector 72 is in next door 2 Km Noida City Center Metro Station In very close there lies DPS, Kothari, Khaitan, Amity etc.

It is NDA approved project. It is ongoing project and construction work is in full swing. The project offers 2/3/4BHKin various area like 2BHK in 960-1135 sq.ft, 3BHK in 1295-1440 sq.ft and 4BHK in 2390 sq.ft. Price:- 5150/sq.ft

Well Prasad, Sector-75 is the well known locality in Noida. It is a prime residential locality and well connected with the other parts of the NCR. Which connected to commercial & institutional Sector-62 and industrial sector 63, 64 and 65. Metro station, malls and cities are very near to the project site major hospitals like Metro Hospital, Fortis, and Kailash hospital are just 2 km. NH-24 is at just 5 km. All the facilities are available in this locality. It is a good area to reside because many new developments are happening here. You should avoid rumors and visit the area yourself.

Heylo Mr Sheety, after a fabulous success of JM ORCHID, Now launching a new project in Golf City Sector 75 Noida with the name of INDOSAM 75. The price they are quoting is Rs 42 lac onwards. The only problem with the project is the area is bad for livability. Good for investment.
See i had a word with the sales executive and they said that the expected date of delivery is after 2-3 years.. They have not mentioned any date of possession. I think there are some disputes in the project, hence they have not declared the date !
Hi, the builder as per name is very good and well renowned. They have already delivered many projects and this is another project in Noida,.They are offering 2-3-4 bhks and the price is also affordable. Are you looking for investment or end use?
