In Golf Avenue-II they are now try to cheating by putting a huge penalties as delayed payment interest at the end of completion of full payments which they don't charged earlier in there previous demand letters.

Yes they are offering 2-3 bhk with a sq ft sizes ranges between 930 - 1765 sq ft. The project is a huge project and have 500 to 1000 units . For 3 bhk they are quoting Rs 4850 - 5000 per sq ft.

I have heard that banks are giving 80% home loan??? hmmm i have approached to HDFC and ICICI,... they have approved the project!

James, normally Noida's all projects are delayed... the sales person told 2014 dec, but you should keep a grace period of 2-3 months to be on the safe side!
