@Sheila the project is approved by Noida Development Authority and almost all leading banks have approved the project. I Guess they will be give 75-80 % home loan.

Can any one share with me the price details of the project?? I am un able to find it. I am looking as in investors perspective.

hmmm I guess they are quoting Rs. 6800 per sq ft. This is the BSP of the project. There will be more payments, like EDC, parking charges and registration charges!

Any clue which are the banks that have approved the project??? and how much home loan will they provide? I have asked the brokers, but did not get a proper answer about that!

Hi all very much interested about the project, need to know the possession date of the project! Kindly help me with the date!

Hello according to my knowledge the possession of the project is in Jul 2015 or so. But I have heard the news about delay... So i feel 2014 end the project will be delivered!
