Hmmm @Ankur the project is connected with Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road,Sohna Road. All three are real estate destination hub.They will help to increase the price in future as well will provide great connectivity.

Hi, guys good discussion going on, when is the possession of the project?? I heard it will take some good time?? My wife said that the project is good so I am interested in buying... !

Hi Anas there is no doubt about the project .. very good locational and amenities are provided!. The possession of the project is in 2016 end or so. Till now no news of delay is there.

hmm Deepika the price the builder is quoting is Rs 7000 per sq ft +EDC. I guess even you have to pay the club membership extra. But the flats are semi furnished hence i guess this price is good enough!

Hi Ishika, the project is good and Gurgaon Capital presents its new Residential Project in Gurgaon 70 A. This is a quite a big project and has good locational advantages. The project is good for investment and end use!
