Latest Answer: Hi Anas, As per my knowledge, the down payment plan of this project is like:- At the time of booking- 10% of BSP, After 60 Days- 85% of BSP+other charges, At the time of possession- 5% of BSP.

Latest Answer: Hi Anas, Yes, but you have to pay 25% as a booking amount, next 15% within 45 days and 20% within 90 days. It means if you have to pay them 60% of the property amount. Then you can go for registration and after registration they will provide you rest of the 40% amount with 12% interest which you have to pay in one year duration.
