Siva, the current price is around 2300/- in Tulips,it will be 2900/- in dreams.Tulips has legal issue in syno 5,17 and 40.there are some boards in the layout related to this.Once the legal issues are settled you can buy one.Those who have bought a property check the registartion whether your site is in legal dispute or not

Can any one tell me the current price of signature tulips either direct sale or resale? Which is the good price to enter into plot purchase here ?

Hey Narendra, there is only a plot available for sale in Signature Tulips and the price for the plot the owner is quoting is Rs 55 lakhs. Will you be interested?

Hoskote, an area in Bangalore which holds great promises and expectations. It is not a place where time will stand still. It is about a great ambiance, good infrastructure and fantastic connectivity. Recently, the government has inaugurated a BMTC bus depot which was built for Rs 4.70 crores. A new integrated satellite township with proper infrastructure has been put in place. Good road planning has taken a precedent over here.

The land value in this area has seen almost 80 percent of appreciation in the last one year. The infrastructure initiatives have impacted the real estate values in the locality.

As far as I know the rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 2300. There is a 1500 sqft plot available for sale and the price of the plot is Rs 50 lakhs.
