Buying property at SIGNATURE TULIPS AT HUSKUR
Q: The property of the tulips signature plot is Around Rs 3000/ per sq feet. Is it worth buying the plot.Please do advise

Latest Answer: Hi, Being the resident of Budigere, the locality is located in the Devanahalli taluk of Bangalore Rural district. Budigere is about ten kilometers away from Whitefield and ITPL, major IT hubs of Bangalore. Major localities like Old Madras Road, K R Puram and CV Raman Nagar are in the vicinity. is a fast-growing corridor with access to Whitefield on one side, and the hardware aerospace park and the international airport on the other. Kempegowda Bus Station is around 32 km via Bellary Road. All the daily basic amenities are within the stone throw away distance.

Latest Answer: Siva, the current price is around 2300/- in Tulips,it will be 2900/- in dreams.Tulips has legal issue in syno 5,17 and 40.there are some boards in the layout related to this.Once the legal issues are settled you can buy one.Those who have bought a property check the registartion whether your site is in legal dispute or not

Latest Answer: It is around 25 km from Bangalore center. Whitefield is near to the project, takes less than 30 min to reach.

Q: Hi everyone,I have visited the site and found the location and future plans quite good.I have collected the dossier of legal documents from their Indiranagar office - found the dealings quite shady - unabashed mention of black money, no signboard fearing raids etc!Would like to talk to someone who has already purchased a site here with loan after getting an independent legal opinion.Thanks.- Som.

Latest Answer: Hi Som, I understand your concern. I heard Signature Tulips is approved by BMRDA. LIC is providing home loans and it means without legal verification it wont lend. So I guess we can trust the project.

Dumping of sewage water at Lake close to Tulip
Q: It is said that Doddakere lake, which is next to Signature Tulip, is
getting filled by diverting sewage water from Yelemallappa Shetty tank
near KR Puram.

Will not it cause bad smell and water contamination in this area?

Latest Answer: This said "Doddakere" lake is some 25km away from Tulips site.. The lake near Tulips is called "Hoskote Lake" which is a huge un-polluted lake.
