When is the expected completion date ?? How is the location of the project ?

@Alex Stephen: The expected completion date will be by Rs 4,150. The project location is very good, I liked the location. Sholinganallur of Chennai is a good place for families and IT professionals. This location will not get disturbed by the pollution. It is a calm, quite and safe place for living. Sholinganallur is the main place of the OMR.

@Alex : Units such as 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk. The price for 1bhk will be around Rs 22.61Lacs for 545 sq ft, 2bhk will be around Rs 34.44L - 53.12L for 830 - 1280 sq ft, for 3bhk for 1190 - 1220 sq ft for 49.38Lacs to 50.63 Lacs.

@Alex : The current price per sq ft is Rs 4,150. Banks such as HDFC, LIC, SBI, ICICI have approvals for home loans in this project.
