Padur is just 1 km before the Kelambakkam Market and is a pure residential area. Many multistoried apartments have built by reputed builders and are occupied by middle income and high income group of people.

@Vivek : The area is well connected with other parts of the city. It is just 17 km from Chennai City Railway Station and 20 km from Chennai International Airport. Yes It is very well connected by public transport system and frequency of bus services is very high. It is also situated nearer to Siruseri IT park. There are direct buses from Thiruvanmiyur and Sholinganallur to this locality.By road It can be reached through OMR.

@Milind: The expected completion date will be by august 2015. Yes the location is good. As far as I know you can get good returns as it is an ideal location for families to settle down and it offers great connectivity to all parts of Chennai. Residential apartments as well as many luxury projects are coming up. It is good for short term investments, long term investments and enduse purpose. Within 3 to 4 years you can expect good appreciation.

Hi Javed : According to me it would be very good idea if you are planning to buy property in Padur. This locality very good option for residential and investment purpose with in two years it is becomes a New Chennai. The location is safe as everything is near by only.
